The Jingle Book Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to my little corner of the web! I'm author Meara Platt. My friends would call me an unrepentant romantic who has a special place in her heart for dashing dukes, handsome rakes, and irreverent highlanders. It's true, I admit, and I absolutely adore writing Regency romance for everyone to travel back in time and enjoy a country party or elegant ball.

After all... who wouldn't want to kiss a dashing duke in a rose garden under a silver moon?

If it's a duke, marquis, or viscount you long for, my bestselling Farthingale series has quite a few available for your reading pleasure. So join me for a journey to Chipping Way, one of the loveliest streets in fashionable Mayfair, where you'll meet the five beautiful Farthingale sisters and find out why this street has earned the reputation as a bachelor's curse. The twins, Lily and Daffodil, and their sister Daisy each have their own story available now. Laurel's story, A Midsummer's Kiss, will be available in January 2016 and Rose's story in late spring/early summer 2016.

Enter to win a signed paperback copy (your choice) from my Farthingale series, along with this custom lace bookmark!

After my mom and I decorated the tree, Persephone, my dog, would take her toys and put them under the tree.

My favorite Christmas memory is when we didn't have a tree so my Uncle dropped one off to us, left on our front porch completely decorated.

My favorite holiday memory is when my cousins, aunts and uncles would visit for Christmas. It was pure chaos for about a week, but so much fun...at least for us kids!
